1. Services
Tanvora Labs provides AI-powered software development services. We use a team of AI agents, supervised by human quality assurance, to build software products based on your specifications. Our services include product blueprinting, website and application development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance.
2. Scope & Pricing
Every project is scoped and priced individually after a Discovery Call. Pricing depends on complexity, timeline, and deliverables agreed upon in your proposal. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on project requirements. You will receive a detailed proposal with milestones and costs before any work begins.
3. Payment Terms
Projects require an advance payment before work begins, as outlined in your proposal. Remaining payments are tied to milestones agreed upon during scoping. All payments are processed through Stripe or Razorpay. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — if we fail to deliver the agreed-upon scope, you receive a full refund.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you own 100% of the source code, designs, and assets we create for your project. You receive the complete repository and can deploy, modify, or resell the code as you see fit. We do not retain any proprietary rights to your project. We may reference the project type (not your specific business details) in our portfolio unless you request otherwise.
5. Your Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate project requirements, respond to clarification questions in a timely manner, and review deliverables within 7 days of delivery. Delayed responses may affect project timelines. You are responsible for the content and legality of what you ask us to build.
6. Revisions
Each project includes revision rounds as specified in your proposal. Revisions cover changes within the original project scope. Requests that significantly expand scope may require a separate quote.
7. AI-Generated Work
Our AI agents generate code and designs under human supervision. Every delivery undergoes human quality assurance review. While we strive for production-ready output, software may contain bugs. We provide bug fixes within the maintenance period at no additional cost.
8. Limitation of Liability
Tanvora Labs is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. If we terminate, you receive all completed work and a pro-rated refund for undelivered milestones. For ongoing support engagements, you may cancel at any time with 30 days notice.
